I believe Christopher did an excellent job. He was very polite courteous and helped me understand my thermostats. I would welcome him back at any time.
Daniel and his team of Diego and Eva were all absolutely amazing! On time, professional and courteous. Great company!
How do we fix the drain pipe from air conditioner in the garage, the exit piping is rotten. Thanks. Bill
Great service…. Schedulers made a service scheduling error..but quickly made adjustments and service received on time.
Upon arrival same issue was present. Breaker was tripped. Homeowner stated it cooled and then the next day it just stayed at indoor temp , never cooling down again. Found Honeywell P200 thermostat was now on Celsius and homeowner stated she never touched thermostat. Went into settings and found it was now reverted back to gas furnace configuration. Reprogrammed to heat pump, reversing valve o, Fahrenheit etc. put into cooling and while on delay getting proper 26vat reversing valve wire. Then when compressor delay was exited it went into cooling but made loud noise and pressures almost equalized then went into cooling. Wiring tight and secure and proper voltages , system has proper charge and pressure as well. Reversing valve appears to be sticking. Informed homeowner will follow up tomorrow morning. System is cooling now, 21 split, informed homeowner to leave thermostat on cooling mode and only to raise temperature if she want it to stop cooling but to not turn it off.
Upon arrival t stat was blank replaced 1050 under warranty
GFI that I installed was good. It was the the time clock that was plugged into it that was giving us problems so I ran MC cable from the time clock to a 4 s junction box where the GFI and the switch are located. wiring the time clock into the power that’s coming into the box where the two devices are located. and removing the extension cord plug-in that they had plugged into the GFI for the time clock
Upon arrival last 4 pt1f living room unit had error codes 174.00 tested sensor was not shorted cleared alerts checked pressure system is up and cooling also signed client up on comfort plan
Perform a cooling maintenance on 3 ton Bosch package units, change filter, flushed condensation line, on units check for amperage and voltage, check for capacitor, check for Freon level everything within within range, also clear out the dust accumulated in the electrical compound area, and rinsed units coils. Both systems working with in specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. (HO said he will call previous tech to talk about Remy Halo and ducting.)
Executed a cooling maintenance on two split systems. Washed condenser coils and air filter. Capacitors checked out good and strong. Recommend installing compressor saver kit to lower starting amperage. Only one system has a compressor saver kit. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Both systems are cooling the home at the time of maintenance.
Comfort ac Service on 2010 American Standard split system. Replace filter and return grille, flushed condensate line with Jones valve in attic. Washed condenser coils. Checked all ac components and verified equipment is operating properly at this time. Fan motor past life expectancy and would be wise to replace before fan motor fails to prevent damage to compressor also avoid being without air once motor fails do to type of monitor has to be ordered and is not truck stock.
See notes. Replaced 10”x10” stamp register with 3-way curved blade register. Sealed with silicone. Sealed around rim with white silicone. Tested at max airflow and had both homeowners in to feel and for me to adjust til they were satisfied. I informed this is to help mix and balance air in room as well as reduce amount of air hitting register.

Percision tune up on 2003 equipment. Home owner replaced filter. Washed outdoor coils, cleaned out dust from electrical compartment. Verified electrical connections are secure. Cleared drain line from outside, drain line cracked at stucco where pvc pipe comes out of wall. Checked compressor amps, capacitors tested good recently replaced. Fan motors operating. Equipment makes louder than usual noises do to poor condition. Equipment is operational though advise is well past life expectancy and in poor condition. Highly recommend maintenance plan to save on repairs. Left literature
