Performed a heating maintenance on 2013 American standard furnace, Filters located inside unit, fua located in laundry room small closet upflow, changed filter, flushed condensation line through jones valve, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.

Arrived at customer’s home to remove beeping smoke alarm and inspect vent for ac system. Removed smoke detector from ceiling and inspected vent and found that there was no filter in return vent. Will discuss with Barry to formulate a plan for resolving customer’s issue.

After Diagnostic found master bedroom unit last 4 9399 had a dirty flame sensor cleaned sensor unit went of on high limit switch error code e3 going to order part from goodman , ordered part estimated time 3 to 4 days once received for office to schedule to install
